I’ve spent the last 19+ years counseling men, women, and couples in a variety of settings. In private practice, at a women’s medical clinic, and as a pastor in a local church.
I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Counseling and started a private practice in 2014. In addition to counseling, I’m an author and speaker with a passion for good story telling and inspiring people to live a purposeful and courageous life.
I am a proud husband to Ashley (who is also a professional counselor) and father to Avery, Sophie, and Owen. We can often be found chasing each other down ski runs in the majestic Rockies, walking the trails near our home, or eating at our favorite restaurant: Chipotle.
Prior to counseling, I was a college athlete, country music morning show host, and high school football and wrestling coach. I still love sports and enjoy country music in small doses, but my college sports physique is long gone.
